After years fixing messy systems for big companies, I realised small businesses were the ones drowning in admin. I build simple job systems that work whilst you do — taking you from call-out to cash-in without all the ringing and chasing. No fancy software. No tech jargon. Just solid, practical setups.
Eddie
Trade Experience & IT
Trained welder, outdoor activity instructor, farmer's son, and homesteader. Eddie's a jack of all trades who's also built a career in IT support. His real passion is working with his hands — and he understands the needs and realities of tradesmen from personal experience on building sites and welding farm machinery.
How FixOpsFast was born
When we started renovating our own home, we quickly noticed a pattern: many tradesmen — even the most skilled and successful — were under immense pressure. Juggling calls and WhatsApps, managing jobs with scraps of paper, constantly running out of time.
Between Sarah's background in customer experience and Eddie's first-hand understanding of life on the tools, we decided to make things better — for tradesmen and for their customers.
We're based in Meath and love working with local businesses across Ireland — the ones keeping the country running.
